I created my Money Tree to bring awareness to the obsession of today's society with having more money, not realizing that in reality what we really want is what money represents: freedom, power, sense of worthiness, safety, validation... If we focus on the reasons behind why we feel we're lacking these things and we actually try to create these feelings inside of us completely independent of making money- ironically financial wealth will follow. There's so much abundance in the world and if we just allow it, by already feeling worthy and fulfilled- the bills will fly from the sky and money trees will pop up everywhere :-)

Like every piece that I create, this too has wording hidden in between layers. Some bills say "If you're happy, it's not me it's you" some "I'm just a piece of paper" some simply encourage "Share me!". Be lighting the piece from behind, we get a completely different look at night. Our experience of life is all about perspective, how we look at things. We always have a choice to put on pink glasses and see the world how we want to see it. Happiness is just one decision away:-)
